The Cottonwood B and B is secluded and intimate, but also close to all the fun, adventure, and excitement which Taos has to offer. A sampling of area activities includes world-class skiing, white water rafting and / or hot air ballooning through the Rio Grande Gorge, llama trekking, biking, fly fishing, golfing, hiking into the Wild and Scenic Recreation Area, shopping along the Historic Taos Plaza, the Arroyo Seco artist colony, restaurant hopping, museums such as the Millicent Rogers, birding, Taos Pueblo (the only World Heritage Site in the U.S.), horseback riding along the crest of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, pottery/jewelry making/cooking classes and the Enchanted Circle scenic drive. Or you can just decide to take it easy and lounge in your comfortable room, our lovely gardens, or our hot tub under the stars. Birders make sure you bring your binoculars as we have feeders strategically placed throughout the yard for good viewing year round.
The Cottonwood Bed and Breakfast is the perfect place to spend a honeymoon, celebrate an anniversary or have an especially romantic getaway. Our large common areas and beautiful gardens are the perfect backdrop for that special intimate wedding or family gathering.
