Hearty continental breakfasts are served in a flower-filled patio or during winter months, in the dining room near a warming fire in an adobe fireplace.

Your host, Paul "Paco" Castillo is the grandson of Ralph Meyers, well known artist and the "good white trader" in Frank Waters’ classic, The Man Who Killed The Deer. He shares his family’s rich heritage and knowledge of New Mexico. An accomplished jeweler, he creates exceptional, one-of-a-kind pieces for collectors and even a few movie sets! Paco has lovingly restored the Inn, drawing on his lifelong exposure to the "Old Taos" aesthetic.
